Reviews for Hexxagon Labs

PocketGamer.co.uk : Sweet honeycomb

Rating: 9/10
Othello with hexagons. It's a simple premise resulting in one of the most involved and addictive puzzlers out there. Pure gold.

AllAboutSymbian.com : A good old favourite in new clothes!

Rating: 78/100
A good old favourite in new clothes ? that is what Hexxagon Labs seems at first glance and this stays for the fifth hour of playing time as well. With 17 levels, it's not a big game, but if you have friends or family to challenge in a quick game of cell-capture, there is plenty of replay value.

MyTodayScreen.com : Are you up to the six sides of this challenge?!

I was extremely impressed with Hexxagon Labs, it stays true to Herocraft's reputation for excellent graphics and animation. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the unique gameplay this one offered. This game has so much potential, that I would just love to see it continue to grow and expand.

MobileGameFAQs.com : Reversi / Othello gets a cool revamp!

Rating: 81/100
Hexxagon is a good challenge for those that never got round to Chess and find Reversi a little too basic. The controls are easy, select your piece with the centre button and the various available spaces will be displayed. The AI thinking time is quick. Overall a decent puzzle game with a bit of casual dipping thrown in.

MyWorldOfHandhelds.com : Meet a great new puzzle game with slick visual presentation and good soundtrack!

Rating: 8/10
The graphics in Hexaggon Labs are really good. As is typical with HeroCraft games, the menu looks pretty slick. Once in game, the background is very nicely rendered, though it would have been nice to see a few backgrounds randomly tossed around instead of the same one over and over again.

SoftPedia.com : The molecule war

Hexxagon Labs is probably best played on a Pocket PC / touchscreen handset, since you can easily move the molecules with a stylus or even with your finger(s). All in all, we have a nice little game that will bring you new ''facts'' to think about and also to make you smile.

PalmAddict.com : Bringing back of great memories through new theme

I genuinely enjoy playing, and I find it addictive (and sometimes infuriating) enough that I keep coming back for more. If you enjoy puzzle/strategy games like Othello or Triples, this is a good fit for you.

MobileGadgetNews.com : My favourite HeroCraft game!

Rating: 4,5/5
The game is fun and challenging. I found myself going back and replaying a level to try improve my score against the mad professors. This is my favorite Herocraft game to date.
